Interesting tidbits: Is a well known villein but very few people bother him.
Backstory: He was kidnapped and tortured the hero association abandoned him due to reasons which he is still unsure of. Gial escaped only to turn around and slaughter his captors. This however made him a wanted man. The public which he used to serve has turned against him and the police and heroes who were once his allies now hounded him with hell in their eyes. He still knew his place. A man without a future who is hated by all is worth nothing in the eyes of everyone but the people he saves. Justice or death this was his repentance.

Quirk Name: Grand fragmentation

Description of Quirk: Allows the user to fragment items into several pieces and control where said pieces go.


Weaknesses and Limitations:

Living flesh requires 30 seconds of consistent physical contact.

Only objects smaller than a car can be fragmented in their entirety.

Though he can fragment gas and liquid as if it were a solid he has a much harder time controlling where it goes

Forced jurisdiction: Allows the user to build constructs with fragmented items as well as control where and how fast they move with an upper limit of 300 miles per hour

Willed armament: Fragmented items cling to the body of the user offering them protection.
