- Added + adjusted npcs

- Removed all the "Crane" decorations previously used as walls and replaced them with blocking volume decorations for a better visibility and a cleaner aspect.
- Removed some non necessary "Pit post" decorations.
- Added Heist locker + Horticraft station
- Moved Cassia to a different location for a better visibility.
- Added a couple of decorations to make the borders cleaner (fortification doors / blocking volume / books pile).
