Belle grew up in a rich family and her mother died ata very young age. Her father was usually never home becasie of work so she really depended on her older brother. The only person she could trust was her brother. At school she was teased quite a lot because of being smart. When her brother decided to leave home she broke down. Everything went downhill from that, her dad's business was about to go bankrupt and he became distant. Everyone was leaving her and she wanted to escape reality thats why she was invited.
