  2.
  3. ## Encouraged behavior
  4.
  5. - Networking and making new friends!
  6. - Collaborating and picking up projects to work on with each other.
  7. - Sharing you knowledge of a topic with colleagues.
  8. - Encouraging talk that builds up colleagues.
  9. - Respecting peers and being differing ideologies.
  10. - Turn differences into strengths - they say Rome wasn't built in a day, but it wasn't built by one person either. Every successful team is composed of several people from a variety of skill sets and backgrounds.
  11.
  12. ## Unacceptable behavior :confounded:
  13.
  14. - Being exclusive to those less knowledgeable in your field of study.
  15. - Unsportsmanlike conduct (e.g. cheating) during organized competitions.
  16. - Persistent negativity - all constructive criticism should be balanced with positive feedback.
  17. - Unreasonable demands from colleagues.
  18. - Hazing on any grounds.
  19. - Unwanted Sexual Attention.
  20.
  21. ### How unacceptable behavior will be handled
  22.
  23. All parties involved in said conflict with attempt to come to a peaceful resolution under the moderation of the GitHub campus expert. 26. DISCLAIMER: The lists of acceptable and unacceptable behaviors are too long to enumerate in one document. If you feel marginalized by a member of the UNR ACM community at anytime please email dylanwong@nevada.unr.edu or get in contact with a officer of the ACM. The same goes for witnessing unacceptable conduct, administration reserves the right to deem conduct unacceptable if it hinders our mission or makes an other student feel unwelcome within our community.
