  1. 1) Grand Prix 2 will be the game of choice for the time being; a move towards Automobilista will be looked into, but it is unlikely that such a switch would happen before game year 2026 at the absolute earliest.
  2.
  3. 2) Chassis generation is no longer using tier system; instead, teams hire employees to build on the current car and the one for the season thereafter. That system determines RNG ranges. Teams will need to ensure a certain amount of grip, thereby enforcing a minimum number of employees and therefore create a limit in regards to bankruptcy.
  4.
  5. 3) Instead of classic upgrades, players will determine update schedules. Basically, you task your designers with developing new parts and give them a time period. The longer you wait, the bigger the possible reward is, however the more likely it is that there will be design flaws. Waiting for a certain amount of time will result in a "B" chassis, which would amount to a new RNG roll.
  6.
  7. 4) Designers will have their original flat grip bonus replaced with a low grip multiplier so there is no dissonance between the designer investment and personnel investment.
  8.
  9. 5) Works teams will be able to ask for "company support" once every five years if they finished outside the top 5 in the WCC. That support will put them on level with the richest privateer team on the grid. To ensure fairness towards privateers, the money received in company support will be removed from the prize money the team receives at the end of the season
  10.
  11. 6) To prevent unrealistic drops in performance between seasons, the limit how far a team can drop will be reduced to three (e.g. the WCC can not have less grip than the fourth-best car after RNG). This rule will be applied before the weight penalty of the engine.
  12.
  13. 7) In order to help lower teams rise to the top, there will be a FIA Engineer Draft, where teams can draft engineers out of universities for grip bonus. Obviously, draft picks will go to the bottom of the order first. Should that prove insufficient and, together with 6) result in a complete lack of movement up and down the grid, sponsorship payout will be increased for bottom 4 teams or the option of full customer chassis will be considered.
  14.
  15. 8) Furthermore, from 2023 onwards, any team that finished 7th or lower can, with agreement from their works team, copy parts of the works team car. By doing so, the team can ensure a certain grip range close to the works team. However, this comes at the risk of drawing a FIA investigation with negative consequences. The precise rules will be explained in 2023.
  16.
  17. 9) Customer teams can change their motor to increase power at the prize of reliability or vice-versa. At the mid-season test, customer teams can also spend a day on trying to remove weight from the motor (possibly at the expense of power output or reliability).
  18.
  19. 10) From 2023 onwards, teams will be able to vote on in-character rule changes (e.g. race length, aerodynamic rules). A more detailed system will be announced at the start of that season.
  20.
  21. 11) As already presented, there will be a modified sponsorship system from 2022 onwards where teams both sign sponsors with the old region system as well as minor sponsors as seen in other series.
  22.
  23. 12) Because users were generally in favour of a base number of races in Europe and both my plans and the in-character reasoning of Kalogeropoulos require a number of races in South America, there will be a new concept regarding the calendar: 6 races in Europe, 6 races in the Americas and 6 races on the rest of the planet ("Satan's Calendar", you could call it). Because the calendar will be in flux (especially if wazzle/aerond bring back ARWS), this concept will most likely not be fully executed before the 2025 season at the earliest.
  24.
  25. 13) There will be a "South American F1 Championship" within the normal Formula One season consisting of four races in South America plus one race outside South America determined at the start of the season. It will have a Drivers and Entrants championship; the latter will pay out additional prize money, but only to teams which ran at least one South American driver in all five Grands Prix. There may be further trophies later, but because the split on that question was very even, that topic will be discussed at a later time when the South American F1 Championship has a few seasons under its belt.
  26.
  27. 14) Starting in 2022, at the end of the season, in addition to prize money, there will also be a financial bonus handed out to two player-voted awards: Roleplayer of the Year and Reject of the Year. Furthermore, consistent roleplay will be rewarded with a minor (!) boost, probably in reliability.
  28.
  29. 15) One-car teams may become an option later because of their popularity, but right now it's not working with a number of systems.
  30.
  31. 16) There will be a tyre war from 2027 onwards, the marquees participating in it will be determined at a later date.
  32.
  33. 17) Despite a number of users wanting to pretend ARWS is dead, Alt-F1 will still operate as though it is alive.
  34.
  35. 18) Depending on interest, one or both of the mid-season tests could be replaced with non-championship races from 2024 onwards.
