[li]My friends call me Kent. I'm an Egyptian guy. I'm eighteen years old. I study English commerce at the university of Alexandria. So yeah, I went inactive for about 8 months, to concentrate on my studies and my future. I came back later to continue leading the group I've always been dreaming to join. But, I actually came back to find some dramatically problematic situations. From that situation between Dude, the previous Overseer of ArmedForces, and the current one, Avenger, and the drama happened recently within the current OVS and the group leaders. It was really disappointing and frustrating to lead a group like this. Nevertheless, I had to leave after I've had several attempts to revive the group I've always dream to join. I recently joined SAPD and trying to prove myself from the very beginning again.[/li]

[li]I firstly joined the game at the end of 2013 and never joined a group until mid 2014 which was a random group called VIP_Mafia, joined with my real life friends to have fun with them. I left that group a while after to join another random group which was called "Never_More" which was created by a guy called "Jacky". I had a lot of friends there including my in real life friends. Been there until late 2014 and then left to join a real law group, which was Global_Army. I joined when it was freshly made to become the first one to get through ranks without jumping or skipping any of them. Kept getting promoted  until I reached CPT rank which guaranteed me certain access within the group. Been hosting trainings, anti-riots, testing recruits and doing a lot of work as a leader of a law group. I kept going on that until I reached OVS rank, and then problems started. I was alone in a very inactive group as the leaders went inactive all out of sudden. After a good while, I decided to leave to join another group.
I decided to join TaskForce, as it was a real good option for me, active group with very skilled members. I joined with several numbers of my friends at the same time. Reached PFC rank and suddenly found out that my old family, GLA, came back from the graveyard. I had no choice, they're my family who welcomed me when I was still a random newbie. I decided to leave TaskForce with an apology to the leaders, directing my concentration to the old family of mine. I joined back with a leader rank to help my group grow up again, and to come back to the top. Stayed there for several months and then the group died again. So I decided to apply for the elite branch of the law enforcement of CIT, ArmedForces. I've been looking forward for such an opportunity. I applied in November, 2015, and got accepted. I got promoted several times, hosted an attended plenty of trainings, riots and other law stuff. I reached leader rank there as well, but I had to go inactive at some point. I was a senior year student, and it's a real important year for all people from Egypt, it's a very crucial to student to determine which specification I will be implemented in.[/li]


[li]I've been leading groups since early 2015, so I conclude that I'm a good leader. I've been improving my leading skills through staying in groups such as Global_Army, reached OVS rank there and been leading it for a good year. When I joined ArmedForces, I was already known by my dedication towards the law side. I kept going through ranks until I reached the Major rank. That pretty much sums up my experience within leading law enforcers. I'm also a patient person, patient enough to handle pressure during riots for an example. Been handling new law recruiters since I got added as a GLA leader, that proves that I'm experienced within treating new players and helping them to become the professional enforcers we need. I recently joined SAPD, and I'm willing to aim for something higher this time, which is leading the law enforcement mainly.

- Jacky and MonkeyPrize: I'm really grateful that they gave my the chance to get to know better about CIT, they were like my brothers and mentors.
- TurboOmg, HassoN, Dude, Avenger and Prototype: I'm really grateful that they gave me the chance to prove myself as a law enforcer, and trusted me enough to make me their groups' leader.

- RedFire, Nabilonb, TheChosenOne, HYPERNOID, Vandam, Wizzard, LeGe, Dranej and Shade: My group mates, more like brothers I never had. Great team to work with and greater friends to have memories with.

- And every single person I made a memory with, law enforcers and everyone who contributed and invested his time in me, to build this applicant...

[li][b]Aiding criminals:[/b] An officer's helping a criminal wanted by providing him his own vehicles or even helping him to escape from other officers by somehow, I'll have to take enough screenshots as proofs then I'll have to sack him.[/li]
[li][b]Requesting an APB:[/b] I will spectate the suspect. If he's a frequent wanted criminal, I'll have to wait until his wanted level raise enough so police officers can actually find interest in hunting him down and then I'll post an APB on him.[/li]
[li][b]Misusing barriers:[/b] It's a common mistake, If I saw one who's misusing barriers by blocking the road by somehow, I will have to warn him first and teach him how to place it correctly, but if he ignored me and kept spawning barriers, I will take enough screentshots then I will have to sack him.[/li]
[li][b]Misusing emergency chat:[/b] It's a common mistake as well, this chat is for law emergencies / related issues only. If I noticed an officer who's abusing emergency chat, I'll warn him, if he kept abusing, I will have to sack him.[/li]

[b]You spot a misconducting police officer who is employed, what would you do and why?:[/b] I will have to warn him several times and inform him that he's breaking a rule, if he doesn't stop, I'll have to sack him for a specific time depending on what he did.
