  1. Braker
  2.
  3. 3 Slots
  4.
  5. Slow Attack Speed
  6.
  7. 600-750 Neutral Damage
  8.
  9. Level 99
  10.
  11. -100% Spell Damage (70-130)
  12. 10 Strength SP (3-13)
  13. 77% Exploding (23-100)
  14. -20% Speed (14-26)
  15. -1750 Health Bonus (1225-2275)
  16. 20% Earth Defense (14-26)
  17. 20% Thunder Defense (14-26)
  18. 20% Water Defense (14-26)
  19. 20% Fire Defense (14-26)
  20. 20% Air Defense (14-26)
  21.
  22. Reasoning: Braker was dubbed "basically hive spear but bad" for a long time. The revamp massively increased its base damage (as you can see if you compare it to old braker) and gave it massive negative spell damage to encourage melee builds. The reason why we chose to increase the base damage and reduce spell instead of just add melee damage on it is so that, with enough investment, you can counter the negative spell damage for an interesting effect and surprisingly high spell damage as well, but we'll leave you guys to figure out how to optimize it. The elemental damage is also replaced by elemental defenses to give an extra leg up for survivability.
  23.
  24.
  25. Silkweb Mail
  26.
  27. 3 Slots
  28.
  29. 3000 Health
  30. 120 Earth Defense
  31. 90 Air Defense
  32. -110 Fire Defense
  33.
  34. Level 95
  35. Req: 50 Strength / 25 Agility
  36.
  37. 165 Life Steal (50-215)
  38. 7 Strength SP (2-9)
  39. -9 Speed (6-12)
  40. -1 Attack Speed Bonus (1-1)
  41. 315 Raw Melee Damage (95-410)
  42. 20% Earth Damage (6-26)
  43. 30% Air Damage (9-39)
  44. -15% Fire Defense (10-19)
  45.
  46. Reasoning: Silkweb Mail was pretty messy, misrepresentation of its elemental archetype and somewhat underpowered. The new design should prove to be more viable and appealing in melee focused builds, especially for the faster weapons.
  47.
  48.
  49. Vile
  50.
  51. 3 Slots
  52.
  53. Fast Attack Speed
  54.
  55. 35-115 Neutral Damage
  56. 35-115 Earth Damage
  57.
  58. 80 Life Steal (24-104)
  59. 1100 Poison (330-1430)
  60. -250 Health Bonus (175-325)
  61. 80 Raw Melee Damage (24-104)
  62. 15% Earth Damage (5-20)
  63. -20% Water Defense (10-19)
  64.
  65. Reasoning: Vile was weird and messy as well as hitting similar niche as Contamination which is near its level, this is a buff and a clean up to it.
  66.
  67.
  68. Toy Maker
  69.
  70. 2 Slots
  71.
  72. 1625 Health
  73. 90 Thudner/Air Defense
  74. -160 Earth Defense
  75.
  76. Level 85
  77. Req: 55 Dexterity / 35 Agility
  78.
  79. -50% Melee Damage
  80. 5 Dexterity SP
  81. 1 Attack Speed Bonus
  82. 120 Raw Melee Damage
  83. 5% Thunder Damage
  84. 5% Air Damage
  85.
  86. Reasoning: Toy Maker has became a meme due to how it was basically and accidentally the same as Coat of Byakko of the same level but is completely inferior to it. Now that we spiced it up it can actually fulfil its design which is to encourage faster attack speed melee.
  87.
  88. Paradox:
  89.
  90. 3075 -> 3400 Health
  91. -80 -> -120 Water Defense
  92. -80 -> -120 Thunder Defense
  93.
  94. -21% -> 0% Health Regen
  95. 15% -> 10% Spell Damage (3-13%)
  96. -8% -> -15% Melee Damage (10-19%)
  97. 5 -> 6 Strength (2-8)
  98. 5 -> 6 Defense (2-8)
  99. 20% -> 0% Thorns
  100. -10% -> -30% Fire Defense (21-39%)
  101. -10% -> -30% Earth Defense (21-39%)
  102.
  103. Reasoning: Paradox was a bit overpowered for a long time, giving everything you need for a build in one item. This change lowers its overall power while shifting the item into a more defensive gimmick, as well as shifting it into more of a support position with the increased health and increased skill points.
  104.
  105. Sreggad:
  106.
  107. STICK A NEEDLE IN MY EYE, AND YOUR EYE GETS POKED OUT TOO.
  108.
  109. 2 slots
  110.
  111. Super Slow Attack Speed
  112.
  113. 220 Life Steal (66-286)
  114. 167% Reflection (50-217%)
  115. 167% Thorns (50-217%)
  116. -50 Defense (35-65)
  117. 20 Agility (6-26)
  118. 2500 Health Bonus (750-3250)
  119. 110 Raw Health Regen (33-143)
  120. -50% All Elemental Defenses (35-65%)
  121.
  122. Reasoning: Sreggad was originally intended to be a weapon that used thorns and reflection as its main source of damage, but it wasn’t doing a good job at it. We decided to revamp it into something that focuses more on this by maximizing damage reflected; the negative defenses (damage reflected is based on how much damage you take) and slightly increasing survivability with the increased health, health regen and life steal, this can also be used with chain lightning.
  123.
  124. Greaves of the Veneer:
  125.
  126. BREAKING NEW GROUNDS (OR MAYBE THE OPPOSITE OF THAT).
  127.
  128. 1 Slot
  129.
  130. 3750 Health
  131. 150 Fire / Earth Defense
  132. 50 Water / Air Defense
  133.
  134. Requires 30 Strength and 70 Defense
  135.
  136. 14 Defense (4-18)
  137. -6 Speed (4-8)
  138. 1115 Health Bonus (335-1450)
  139. 140 Raw Health Regen (42-182)
  140. -15% Water Damage (10-19%)
  141. -20% Air Damage (14-26%)
  142. -25% Thunder Damage (17-32%)
  143. 40% Water Defense (12-52%)
  144. 40% Air Defense (12-52%)
  145. 35% Thunder Defense (11-46%)
  146.
  147. Reasoning: We had a lot of discussions about Earth/Fire and the directions that it should be taken. You can expect more changes to Earth/Fire soon, hopefully for the better, but for now Greaves of the Veneer is devoting itself wholly to the defensive side of things. It now fulfills a function somewhat similar to Gemini, providing great element defenses in the aspects that Earth/Fire normally doesn't achieve, but unlike Gemini, its requirements are more lenient and the health bonus is perfect for taking in lots of damage. In exchange however, it has absolutely no inclinations towards damage; we even removed the Strength points to emphasize this.
  148.
  149. Anamnesis
  150.
  151. 2 slots
  152.
  153. -1600 Health
  154. 200 Water Defense
  155.
  156. Level 82
  157. Requires 100 Intelligence
  158.
  159. 4 Mana Regen (1-5)
  160. 15% Spell Damage (5-20%)
  161. -55% Melee Damage (38-71%)
  162. 3 Mana Steal (1-4)
  163. 20% Reflection (6-26%)
  164. 23 Intelligence (7-30)
  165. 20% Soul Point Regen (6-26%)
  166. 30% Water Damage (9-39%)
  167.
  168. Reasoning: The -hp and -def that anamnesis previously had was too punishing for what the item gave, so we lowered those negatives and changed some of its id’s to make it more worthwhile to use; this change overall solidifies the item as an offensive helmet for water builds.
  169.
  170.
  171. Sempiternel
  172.
  173. IS THIS GREAVES OF THE VENEER’S SECRET LOVE CHILD OR SOMETHING ok we did this the last time.
  174.
  175. 2 Slots
  176.
  177. 2700 Health
  178. 170 Fire Defense
  179. 130 Air Defense
  180.
  181. Level 88
  182. Requires 50 Defense and 50 Agility
  183.
  184. 20% Health Regen (6-26)
  185. 120 Life Steal (36-156)
  186. -1 Attack Speed Bonus (1-1)
  187. 900 Health Bonus (270-1170)
  188. 16% Water Defense (5-21)
  189. 18% Thunder Defense (5-23)
  190. 24% Earth Defense
  191.
  192. Reasoning: Sempi was very deterring to use and went against its elemental archetype. We changed it into a defensive support piece for the Fire/Air combo similar to how we did the same for Greaves of the Veneer. Also similar to Earth/Fire, you can expect more changes to Fire/Air soon.
  193.
  194.
  195. Bianco
  196.
  197. 3 Slots
  198.
  199. Normal Attack Speed
  200.
  201. 42-60 Neutral Damage
  202. 30-38 Air Damage
  203.
  204. Level 64
  205.
  206. 9% XP Bonus (3-12)
  207. 4 Agility (1-5)
  208. 12% Reflection (4-16)
  209. 10% Soul Point Regen (3-13)
  210.
  211. Reasoning: Bianco means blank or white. Its original concept was going for a minimalistic design in exchange for an extra powder slot for its level range. However, that was a bit boring. So we made it blank AND white, now with air damage and a bit more air tendency for the item.
  212.
  213.
  214. Horizon
  215.
  216. 3 Slots
  217.
  218. 2400 Health
  219. 120 Earth Defense
  220. 90 Air Defense
  221. -130 Fire Defense
  222.
  223. Level 90
  224. Requires 60 Strength and 45 Agility
  225.
  226. -8% Melee Damage (6-10)
  227. 7 Agility (2-9)
  228. 14% Speed (4-18)
  229. 1 Attack Speed Bonus (1-1)
  230. -270 Raw Spell Damage (189-351)
  231. 12% Earth Damage (4-16)
  232. -12% Fire Defense (8-16)
  233.
  234. Reasoning: Horizon’s placement was too similar to another Earth / Air leggings Barbarian and may even be weaker than it. So we decided to put an attack speed on it to change it up as well as increase the roster of attack speed items.
  235.
  236.
  237. The Lethe
  238.
  239. 3 Slots
  240.
  241. Fast Attack Speed
  242.
  243. 25-40 Neutral Damage
  244. 65-80 Earth Damage
  245. 60-85 Air Damage
  246.
  247. Level 98
  248. Requires 40 Strength and 40 Agility
  249.
  250. -70% Spell Damage (49-91)
  251. 65% Melee Damage (20-85)
  252. -25% XP Bonus (17-32)
  253. 12% Speed (4-16)
  254. -15% Soul Point Regen (10-19)
  255. 180 Raw Melee Damage (54-234)
  256. 30% Water Damage (9-39)
  257.
  258. Reasoning: The Lethe was one of the weapons that was hard to make a proper build with. It was squeezed between a few different niches and was struggling to find practical use. The small rework on it moves its position into a melee mobility x support type weapon. With more damage put into water damage and the addition of speed, you can get good healing for your allies in teamfights. Putting the attack speed to fast means it is easier to get to super fast and then stacks raw melee on it so you have the option to build faster and tankier as a support mage.

  326.
  327. Level 83
  328. Requires 40 Strength, Defense and Agility
  329.
  330. 10 Strength / Defense / Agility
  331. 10% Earth / Fire / Air Damage
  332. +1 Attack Speed Bonus
  333.
  334.
  335. Thanos Legionnaire Set Bonus:
  336. 1/4 Pieces Worn: none
  337.
  338. 2/4 Pieces Worn:
  339. +1 Strength / Defense / Agility
  340. -1 Dexterity / Intelligence
  341. +2% Speed
  342. +60 Raw Health Regen
  343. +60 Raw Melee Damage
  344.
  345. 3/4 Pieces Worn:
  346. +4 Strength / Defense / Agility
  347. -4 Dexterity / Intelligence
  348. +8% Speed
  349. +180 Raw Health Regen
  350. +180 Raw Melee Damage
  351.
  352. 4/4 Pieces Worn:
  353. +15 Strength / Defense / Agility
  354. -15 Dexterity / Intelligence
  355. +20% Speed
  356. +480 Raw Health Regen
  357. +480 Raw Melee Damage
  358.
  359. Reasoning: We have decided to revamp the Thanos Legionnaire set into, well, an actual set. The set is the embodiment of Earth / Fire / Air archetype, which is one of the strongest pure melee combos in theory. The set should be plenty balanced and plenty fun to be used at level and maybe even beyond that. Don't worry, we also lowered the item prices in doing so.

  368. 60-90 Neutral Damage
  369. 30-40 Fire Damage
  370. 30-40 Earth Damage
  371. 30-40 Air Damage
  372.
  373. Level 82
  374. Requires 20 Strength, Defense and Agility
  375.
  376. 15% Melee Damage
  377. -10 Intelligence
  378. -10 Dexterity
  379. 10% Speed
  380. 600 Health Bonus
  381. 15% Earth Damage
  382. 15% Fire Damage
  383. 15% Air Damage
  384.
  385. Reasoning: As we are changing Thano's Set to be more Earth / Fire / Air, might as well do that with the wand too.
