Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. No negotiations considered for the prize.

2. Winners are selected at Dan's discretion, excluding accounts that exist for the sole purpose of hunting down giveaways. Dan has the absolute right to deny winners for any reason he so chooses.

3. Skins should be functional on all platforms a single time. However, should the code be proven to be unredeemable, an alternate equivalent may be awarded at Dan's discretion.

4. Accounts must be actively engaging Dan in the medium they win in in order to win, at the time of drawing (IE: A user who follows Dan on Twitter must still be following him on Twitter at the time of drawing in order to be eligible)

5. Users who do not appear to be interested in, or play Smite, may be disqualified at Dan's discretion.

6. Rules may be updated or added with or without advance notice.
