  1. to play The Last Of Us multiplayer you have to manually download some extra maps which were not included in the digital edition. I tried to do that and it wouldn't load for minutes, then reply with a "the content can't be selected at this time".

  3. later I was able to access it, it requested the "valid through" and digits in the back because "my last log in was on a different console" - a lie, and it does that every time i try to buy something. I have only ever logged in on my one console.

  5. when i enter the correct information, of the same credit card i used to purchase this game, it says "please check your entry and try again".

  7. i've been trying to resolve this for over an hour and finally gave up, including trying to set the console as my main ps4, restoring the licenses and deleting and redownloading the game and finally restarting the ps4. didn't work.

  9. then, I went to the playstation's support site and tried to get a chat. it will show me a message "wait times are longer than 10 minutes" then a 1 second "you cannot use the chat" (or similar wording) which disappears into a blank page.

  11. please allow me to access chat support through this user, i can't call your support since international calls are very expensive, and you have no other viable support method(such as email).
