I'm good, you?  I'm a fairly new trader,  but I'm looking to improve my skills and experience.  The custom scripts and access to mentoring is a key attraction for me.  I've mostly been lurking and watching, but what I have seen so far is certainly impressive.  I'd like to get access to all that EI has to offer and hopefully learn as much as I can.

Well, I've learned a lot in the past couple of weeks, but I think I need more experience there.  I've mostly been working with Think or Swim and learning to apply various studies and indicators to determine support/resistance as well as the use of moving averages.
If I could say one thing I would like to work on it is learning to more quickly read charts and determine what price actions means

Cool. Yeah that important. You should be able to read technical indicators within a minute at the max and determine a entry point.
