  1. CBRS Radios: Factory Firmware and Web UI - Baicells
  2.
  3. With a FreedomFi or Bobber500 Gateway, access its Local Dashboard according to https://docs.helium.com/mobile/cbrs-radios/#access-gateway-and-radio-dashboards, go to the Radio Dashboard tab and check whether you have SW Version: BaiBLQ_3.0.12 for your radios. If so, you are good to disconnect them and jump to the section “Without a FreedomFi or Bobber500 Gateway” for further check, change, and external deployment... it’s ready. Note: if you don't see any radio connected to your FreedomFi or Bobber500 Gateway via its Local Dashboard, the conversion might succeed. Explanation: there are some edge cases, specific to a hardware version, where after the factory firmware reset, the radio sends a bad TR-069 parameter that breaks the ACS on the FreedomFi or Bobber500 Gateway side. Please also proceed to the "Without a FreedomFi or Bobber500 Gateway” section in case you face this.
  4. Without a FreedomFi or Bobber500 Gateway, connect your radio directly to your Internet router and go to its clients/devices list (DHCP), get the IP address assigned to your radio, and try to access https://<that-ip-address> from your computer’s browser, on the same local network. The user/password is admin/S95585UHsq0M
  5. If no result is returned to your browser or you disconnected your radio before 3/24, the conversion might not been performed. In this case, please execute the following steps and test https://<that-ip-address> again afterward:
  6. ssh admin@<that-ip-address> -p 27149
  7. Password: S95585UHsq0M
  8. > cli
  9. > oam.set LMT_ENABLE 1 FAP.0
  10. > exit
  11.
  12. You may want to change the firmware from BaiBS_QRTB_2.12.14_Helium to BaiBLQ_3.0.12 per the “Upgrade eNodeB” how-to at https://www.baicells.com/Service/Firmware.

  14. CBRS Radios: Factory Firmware and Web UI - FreedomFi/MosoLabs/Sercomm
  15.
  16. There’s no firmware change. The procedure to enable their web interface - to be accessed in the same way as above for Baicells, but with a different user/password (sc_femto/tsFid2wz) - is exclusively performed by Nova Labs via your FreedomFi or Bobber500 Gateway. To check if your radio is ready to go, also connect it directly to your Internet router and go to its client/devices list (DHCP), get the IP address assigned to it, and try to access https://<that-ip-address> from your computer’s browser, on the same local network. If no result is returned to your browser or you disconnected your radio before 3/24, the conversion might not happen.
