- This is a team I prepped for the finals of the launch tour. I built this team around SubRoost Kyurem with Toxic over Earth Power, as it pretty much decimates stall on its own without need for TSpikes support. Obviously when using a set like this, the only logical choice requires that I use Magneton to trap Scizor (and Empoleon). I added Serperior to help Kyurem out with Defog support as well as being Ground resist #1 while also functioning as a wincon in itself. The biggest roadblock to a Serperior sweep is typically Amoonguss, which Ice Punch CB Azumarill helps to lure in and break. Azumarill also provided some good defensive utility for the team, mostly against Hydreigon since I have other dragons covered decently well with Steelix. The speed evs on Azumarill ensure that it outspeeds max speed Alolan-Marowak. Mega Steelix is a pretty nice glue mon that helps tank a couple hits from Latias, Crobat, and Mega Aerodactyl which otherwise would be pretty big threats to the team. Screech on Steelix lets it screw with stuff like Gliscor, Blissey and any bulky setup sweepers like Curse Snorlax, Reuniclus, Suicune, etc. Latias rounds out the team by giving it some decent speed control, as well as another Fighting resist. Thunderbolt helps it more reliably revenge kill Belly Drum Azumarills, while also pressuring Mantines a bit more. Healing Wish is very nice with Serperior and Azumarill, as well as being a form of psuedo-recovery for Steelix if need be.
