Joe Wish

began reciting the chant that the elder had used just one year ago from last week.  The dragonballs had become bright and purple balls once more. He carried them with him down into the gigantic space where they summoned him last.  The chant picked up speed and he became very adept at this chant over the course of the last year. Repeating it in his head day in and out waiting for his moment to use the wishes as part of a grandiose and perverted scheme.  First he would obtain power and renown using the power of these two wishes. The goal was to raise his public opinion as a man of great power, trustworthiness and even as a protector of the realm.  The twist would come when they finally trusted him most and the demon returned.  He would trick the demon and take it's power for his own devices.  Upon that time gaining both angelic and demonic heritage and elevating himself to a position where no one could defy him.  At that point he would abuse the trust he'd built and poison the minds of free willed people to the forces of heaven, earth, namek and anywhere else would be forced to subvert themselves to his every whim.  He thought about his plan as he chanted and the balls began to shine brightly.  The dragonballs emitted a bright yellow light as they began to spin in the air like a double helix before the dragon's essence began erupting forth almost instantaneously.  He remembered how little time the Elder had and began to poise his wishes on the moment the dragon spoke.

     "State your wish." The booming deep voice of the dragon brought a smile to Joe's face.

Joe stated his wishes in order. "I wish to have the powers of God themselves as my first wish.  I wish that the Namekian Achilles had more power, to protect Namek as my second wish."  He had honored the Elder's wishes and benefitted both Earth and namek. While perverting Earth's 'benefit' to his own design.
