  13. Please update your charity's registered number as we could not verify it.
  14. - If you are a Trust entity, please provide a Trust deed or Letter of Wishes document. 
  15. - If your Charity is registered with Companies House, please provide a Charity Registration Number or a Companies house registration document.
  16. - If your Charity is unregistered, please provide a copy of a government issued tax exemption document and a bank statement in the Charity name.
  17. - If you cannot provide either of the above, please identify your business as an "Individual" or "Sole trader":
  18.   1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
  19.   2. Click the Settings icon at the top of the page, then select 'Profile and Settings' from the drop-down menu.
  20.   3. In the 'Business information' section, click 'Update'.
  21.   4. Click 'Edit'.
  22.   5. Choose either 'Individual' or 'Sole Proprietorship' as your business type.
  23.   6. Click 'Save' to finish the process.

  25. Once you've completed these steps and provided any additional information we may need, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists. We'll send you an email with the outcome of the review.
