Using deku to get up log for frog saves 1.5s over using human
Using deku is the same speed as using human to get up ledge to ssh (poison water lets you climb ledge faster)
Using deku is a little faster than using zora

This information alone allows us to conclude that there is no reason to get the frog without using deku because equipping deku is not an extra pause


Frog w/ deku (compared to No Frog) has 1 extra pause, 2 extra page turns, and 3 extra item equips (assuming fd twinmold)
