How is this formatted?

- Changes are formatted like this: [level range]: [old damage range] -> [new damage range]
- The damage range represents the possibilities of a weapon's average damage per hit if the weapon is crafted with Normal attack speed and tier 1 materials
- Damage is automatically adjusted if the weapon is crafted with a different attack speed or higher tiers of materials

- Base damage will begin to decrease at the 73-75 range, culminating in around a 31% base damage reduction for 103-105 crafted weapons
- This changelog is intended to be used as a reference to the percentage of damage crafted weapons will be adjusted by when this goes live
- These changes should affect all new and existing crafted weapons between levels 70 and 105
