It's an old, rundown cabin out in the forest. But wether or not you could make your escape doesn't really matter because of the chains around your ankles. You can move around all over the old room on which floor there are several burn marks. Littered around the room are various toys and plushies, but they're all old and worn out and some seem to have been burned...
There is a bathroom in reach of your chains, luckily.
There is also a window that's old and broken in places, through it you can see nothing but a dense pine forest.
Through the crooked doorway Ruby enters you can catch glimpses of a very old and very dirty kitchen.
The whole room smells of ashes and rotten things.
