How long have you been a player on ENW? How long have you been a Moderator for?

I’ve been a player on ENW for about 2 and a half years. I joined early 2016 and played until the end of summer, where I took a break until February 2017. I took another break after that and joined back February 2018. I applied for mod about a month after my last break, and I’ve been Moderator on ENW for about a month now.



Considering that Admins are a more senior position where members have a real, active role in the community, what makes you think you would be a good one? Where possible, back your answer up with examples of your achievements within the community itself so far.

Looking at Sourcebans, I have 18 bans. Only two of these bans were false – one was meant to be a CTBan during my Trial-Moderator period and the second was quite recent where I mistook a lucky shot for wallhacks, and instead of gathering evidence on that player I rushed to conclusions and banned him. We had a conversation on discord and managed to settle things between us.

Again on Sourcebans, I have 114 mutes/gags. I’m extremely active on Jailbreak (which I will go into on the next question) and because of that I have racked up a large number of comm blocks.



Recently, I have made a post regarding an active player on Jailbreak, mentioning the fact that he has over 50 comm blocks. Because of this, other staff members became aware of this and decided that it’s best to give him an extended mute so he can learn his lesson.



As an Admin, you will be expected to uphold a certain standard of activity on both the Forums and in game. Are you able to dedicate more time to these things?

Of course. As I mentioned in the previous question, I am extremely active on Jailbreak and on the forums. When playing CS:GO, I always have the forums opened on either my second monitor or on the ingame browser. When I die, I usually spend my time looking for new posts or spectating to help players out on the server. If I get accepted as Admin, I can dedicate more time on not only Jailbreak, but all ENW servers.



Briefly describe your understanding of the hierarchy in place in ENW.

I know all the positions of each staff member in ENW, and which have more power than others. The leadership consists of the Admin Leaders and the Owners. The staff team consists of not only the ALs and Owners but Admin, Moderator and Trial-Mod and Developer. Developer, having access to the back-ends of the server is not apart of the Leadership Team.



If you were going to progress further than Admin, what position might you aim for?

Considering my activity, I’d try and aim for Jailbreak Server Leader. Since I have an insane amount of playtime, I think it’s a better option than Admin Leader.
