(Minimum of 300 words): I am a person who always wanted to work as a team, to help the team pursue their goals. I have been researching a lot about the role of a Deputy Sheriff and I come to the conclusion that this job can offer me something which I always dreamed about. Working as a Deputy on the field will help the community to grow up faster and to show how dedicated we are to the County we cover. Also, I found myself in this role because I have really good communication skills and that is something which is more respected today while serving the community. While serving I will show my skills to the environment I am apart of. Deputy Sheriff as a full time paid job also has a lot of interesting things within the Department, the majority number of divisions where you can join and prove yourself while working as a member of it. The community will respect the deputies only if they are really dedicated while doing their job, I've seen a lot of deputies helping the weak and supporting the strong which also motivated me a lot. My motivation didn't come over the night, it's been a long time since I was thinking of this position as my life job. I prepared myself over the past 5 years while conducting ride alongs, being part of the Sheriff's community team where I already created a positive picture of my own to the people I know and respect. Through my four years of studying a faculty of law, I have become familiar with the penal code and the law in general throughout our County. I want to help this community to become strong and to do not fear any kind of criminal activities which are happening every day.
