  1. So you are standing in front of a river holding your knife. The crunching sound is getting louder.
  2.
  3. Sage remains poised for action.
  4.
  5. Out of the darkness approaches two figures. One is shiny black and holding a scythe, and the other is shiny black but wearing a paper-mâché horse head instead. They stop and look at you once they are close enough to see through the fog. They clearly have sharp teeth and claws yet are seemingly surprised at your presence.
  6.
  7. Sage looks at the two figures, confused. The one with the paper-mâché horse head looks pretty ridiculous. However its claws and teeth do not. Sage attacks with her blade, swinging at the one with the scythe first.
  8.
  9. You leap forward and swing at the scythe imp (9). In its surprise it fails to block and you stab it for 4 damage. It stumbles back confused while the other imp charges at you (13). Your wild abandon proves as hurtful to you as them, as its claws hurt you for 4 damage.
  10.
  11. "Yikes," Sage says as she withdraws slightly into the fog. She stabs at the creature with the scythe again after a second of composure from the sting.
  12.
  13. You stab out once more (13) dealing 3 damage to the scythe imp. It clearly doesn't like being assaulted and feebly swings its' scythe (8) but misses you. The pinata imp leaps at you again (10) but you manage to avoid it this time. You hear more loud crunching in the distance.
  14.
  15. Sage starts feeling like she has the upper hand after dodging the two strikes. She stabs her blade again towards the scythed creature. She really doesn't want to get hit by that blade.
  16.
  17. You attack once more (13) for 4 damage, and the scythe imp explodes into blue gems. The pinata imp is now enraged at leaps at you (19) dealing 2 more damage. You hear more crunching in the fog. You also think you vaguely hear someone yell "Spread Out" that direction?
  18.
  19. Sage looks around her, to see if she can see anything in the fog.
  20.
  21. You quickly look up and scan the fog bu don't see anything. You are careful to keep your blade pointed at the pinata imp, who is inching towards you.
  22.
  23. Sage stabs at the approaching papered horse imp.
  24.
  25. You stab the imp that is trying to get at you (11) and connect for 2 damage. It counters (17), striking you back for 2 damage.
  26.
  27. She stabs again, trying to gouge out the thing's eye.
  28.
  29. You strike once more (14) for 4 damage, causing this imp to also explode. Out of the fog charges two more shiny black things, both wearing stormtrooper helmets. they gesture at you and start flailing their claws.
  30.
  31. "Geez how many of these guys are there," Sage thinks. She looks around to see if there are any more, while staying alert for any attacks from the two helmeted foes.
  32.
  33. The two stormtroopers attack (9) (12). One misses you entirely, though the other one manages to swipe you for 1 damage. You counter swing at it (12) and stab the helmet for 4 damage. That one is now grabbing at the helmet and seemingly disoriented. The other is preparing to redouble the attack.
  34.
  35. Sage doubles up the hit on the disoriented one, trying to see if she can knock him out. As she attacks, she steps so that the unbalanced one is in-between her and the one who looks ready to strike.
  36.
  37. You lash out at the disoriented one (13) but only deal 1 damage as you connect. Your re-position was however successful, as when the other imp goes to jump at you (2) it instead lands right on the other imp, dealing 4 damage. The two imps are now kinda flailing on the ground.
  38.
  39. Sage jumps on the pile, leveraging her body weight for a really forceful jab with her tiny knife.
  40.
  41. You leap on the pile (21) and drive your knife down with the precision of an ancient ninja executing a corrupt official. The upper imp takes 8 damage from this maneuver while the lower imp instantly shatter into blue gems.
  42.
  43. Straddling the final imp, Sage juts her armed hand outwards and slams it on the helmeted imp.
  44.
  45. You go to silence the final imp (20) and truly you feel the ancient spirits guiding your blade this day. They will not see the sun rise for their misdeeds. You deal 6 damage and finish the final imp, which shatters into blue gems like the others.
  46.
  47. Sage smiles in success. She grabs for one of the blue gems and looks at it closer.
  48.
  49. You pick up one of the gems. It looks kinda like that grist currency you had when you were playing the game with that other person. It dissolves in your hands and into your virtual bank. You're not quite sure why you know this. There are 63 pieces total, raising your overall total to 78 blue build grist.
  50.
  51. After collecting all of the... grist... you look to see if the floating scythe ball is still around. Thinking about it, why didn't the thing help you? It's been following you all day.
  52.
  53. It is floating there. Just staring at you...you think. You suddenly feel highly accomplished with yourself however. You level up. You are now an Honorary Jedi (4). You gain 17 HP ((!!!)). Huh. Looks like your echeladder skipped a level? Oh well.
  54.
  55. Sage does a victory dance. It includes many twirls.
  56.
  57. [END]
