- Description: Sherry was walking in a Walmart parking lot, when Nelson put his car in reverse and accelerated at Sherry, who was about 40 feet away. He struck her at high speed, pinning her against another vehicle. He then jumped out of the vehicle and knelt beside Sherry, raking her blood across his face, before attempting to drive away.
