- Bio: "Why are you so afraid of the Laguz?"
- That was a question Milos heard quite a few times, whether he asked himself or someone else asked him, usually while laughing. Out of everyone who would like to know why he was so afraid of such a common and well-known and, in the case of his hometown in Dashun, well-respected species, Milos is the one who would like to know the most. It wasn't because his parents were savaged by Laguz (on the contrary, they're living quite happily and fine), it wasn't because he went through a Laguz attack (though he was occasionally bullied by one when he showed too much fear), he just was afraid of them.
- Milos was never afraid of the Bird Laguz, it was always the Beast Laguz he was afraid of. It may have been the fangs, it may have been the claws, it may have been a combination of both or some other aspect, but Milos had been afraid of the Beast Laguz his whole life. It did not help that Beast Laguz were not common in the slightest in Dashun, and thus he had few chances to get used to them. Despite Dashun housing nearly no Beast Laguz, he became somewhat of a shut-in, despite his great desire to go out into the world and train in combat, afraid of ridicule outside of his own home.
- Milos lived in a rather well-off village in Dashun that was relatively (and for Milos, unfortunately) close to the Geumho border. His father worked as a trader, though he was proficient in swordplay as well, which motivated Milos to become a swordsman like his father, though he found more of an attachment to his mother. His father was busy, but still tried to make time to teach Milos in the ways of the sword. Milos was decent, but never exceedingly skilled; most of his talent lay in motivating others around him, and he considered himself a decent dancer.
- His main problem with his training were his fears of encountering a Beast Laguz, and while he did occasionally go out with his father to continue training and see what his job in trading was like, he had to stay close in fear of encountering a Beast. He had tried to make it a point to train himself to not be afraid, but it was often hard when he not only was somewhat weird about going near the Beast Laguz, but he often had a tendency to be teased for his feminine appearance, something he really could not help. While he hasn't had too much of a problem with his feminine appearance otherwise, he has prayed desperately for a few extra inches of height in his coming years.
- Eventually, on impulse and with the support of his family, he signed up to Steelhart's group of mercenaries, hoping that the adventure would train him to become stronger and braver. Initially he was afraid of regretting it, but thankfully, the mercenaries were all humans, and he felt a surge of confidence to the point of being able to refresh everyone with his optimism and his dance, while also having a knack for swordplay. And hopefully, he could keep his confidence and he would never have to work with any Beast Laguz and he could take his time getting used to them.
- ...Right?
