luigi warping

To make Luigi follow Mario properly the game uses a list of 128 x,z positions called the follow path. Every time Mario moves his new position is written to this list at the next index and Luigi is moved to the next position on the list (10 indices behind Mario).
On the US 1.0 version when Luigi is on a ledge above Mario, he will continue to move ahead the follow path even when Mario is stopped. Eventually he will reach Mario's position in the follow path and then proceed to move to the position after that. Since this position hasn't been updated recently, it can be far away.
