Envy's Seeds - Rai Yasahiro

Rai seemed to just blend in with the grass and building behind himself, depending on the angle that he was viewed from, Camouflaged in painted shadows. His right hand moved to his satchel as he pulled free a capture cube bearing earthen symbols.

He held the cube foreward, stone chips flying from it's surface out of the runic leylines, forming into a towering seven foot tall golem of a daemon.

Covered in stone plates that were rimniscent of armor, the towering creature stood at the ready of it's lord's request, which more often than not was simply defending the man and keeping him company.

Rai's eyes went slightly hollow as he stared at the feet of his Daemon retainer. His mind going numb with thoughts. <Just like home.. Except here, girls are interested in girls rather than just more interesting or wealthy guys.> His thoughts turned to the gatherings of people, always centered around one or two people. How did these people always gather so many people wishing to be close to them. How did they manage to catch someone's attention. He felt.. weak, worthless and without a means to step out of the social awkwardness of being 'the new guy'.. he was lonely.. he was envious.
