  1. You question is answered with a single loud hiss from an operative's assault cannon, the large, carefully-shaped bullet creating a spideweb of cracks around one small hole as it blows out the screching man's windpipe, his skeletal figure collapsing into a heap of ragged bones. The glass, heavily reinforced as it may be and perhaps even bulletproof, couldn't possibly have held up against armor-piercing rounds from the deadly barrel of 2077's version of a compressed sniper rifle.

  3. A couple seconds later, the wail picks up from another cell. It's joined by a second, then a third, and a fourth from somewhere in the semi-lit block of prisons, turning into a chorus of horrible pleas and disjointed screaming. It seems near impossible that anyone could possibly work down here; the overwhelming crescendo of noise stumbles and infuriates your efforts to collect what documents and vials you can fit with you as the block is rigged with uncontrolled charges that you can only hope will be enough to do some damage to this accursed place. All five men slam into the elevator together the second you're done, the noise sealed off with the closing of the elevator doors.

  5. Spilling out onto the top floor, you can only grab a couple of the things that look more important and place a few charges before what sounds rather like an alarm starts to blare. Hurdling out of the broken door, a few half-asleep bullets hit the walls nearby your insertion team, fended off by bursts of covering fire. All five of you are there when you dive for cover on the other side of the external wall, sprinting barely thirty meters out before the charges are activated. An ear-splitting explosion nearly renders the group deaf as bits of debris skid out into the darkened sands, shards of sheet metal making intricate patterns in the unassuming grains.

  7. That should keep them off your back. You'll be able to survey the damage tomorrow. For now - you have a good few documents and chemical to analyze. And, more importantly, a job to do.
