- Here's a reference of my hardware so you can know what hardware has successfully run it:
- CPU : AMD-FX 6300
- GPU: NVIDIA GTX 760
- RAM: 8GB
- This tutorial may or may not work on your hardware , I'm not sure as of what hardware this
- will work with as I found this method recently.
- I'm also not sure what OSes this will work on. I'm on Windows 7 so i'm not sure if this will work on
- 8 , 8.1 or 10.
- 1. Get TS2 for PC.
- 2. download DgVooDoo , DXWND and Fraps(optional, makes the game run better on some PCs)
- (this version of DXWND works best :
- 3. After downloading the DgVoodoo zip extract it into the Toy Story 2 folder
- (dgVoodooSetup.exe should be in the same folder as toy2.exe)
- 4. Open dgVoodooSetup.exe click "Add" at the top and change the config folder /running instance
- to the toy story 2 folder.
- Now change your dgVoodoo Settings to match these:

- (Instead of GTX 760 under Adapter(s) to use choose your graphics card.)
- 5. click apply on all of your changes and copy the files from the "MS" folder to the Toy Story 2 folder.
- 6. Now go into DXWND and make a new profile by right clicking and clicking "Add"
- name it whatever you want and change the Path and Launch to the location of your Toy Story 2 EXE
- now change your settings to these settings :

- 7. From here , double-click on the new profile you just made in DXWND and it should open Toy Story 2 in
- a new window.
- choose what resolution you want and your graphics card.
- It should launch the game successfully and window itself.
- There are some frame drops in some areas but it never goes below 30FPS.
- (optional)
- To make the game run slightly better on some PCs you can run FRAPS in the background with
- FPS Overlay disabled. (for some reason this makes it slightly more stable)
- note that you need to launch the game through through DXWND every time you start it if you want windowed mode.
- Alright that's it, hope this helps.
- Update : Screenshots of it running : http://imgur.com/a/TGj3Q
- Also sometimes it goes back to saying unable to enumerate a suitable device after you've had it working I've found that restarting the computer and trying again makes it work again.
