  1. A rough timeline of major events and servers. This is anon posted so no edits will be made, take mistakes as you see them.
  2.
  3.
  4. Evolution RP
  5. ------------
  6.
  7. MrHS - Harry Small (Both usernames)
  8.
  9. Basically a dude who started EvolutionRP, one of the more popular un-modded arma life communities at the time.
  10.
  11. Died due to a mass exodus to Cobra's ALRP server. (I was in the wave, and basically it was real nice, we got first dibs on police positions being early adopters.)
  12.
  13. Accusations of tax evasion of donations in thousands.
  14.
  15. Gave infistar to everyone who paid more than what was listed.
  16.
  17. Lifted a lot of their code and assets by refactoring them from A3L and city life (towards the end.)
  18.
  19. MrHS would go on "breaks" citing genuine stress from having to deal with the people on the server which was hilarious. Let some dude with social developmental problems run the server and ban people 24/7, (led to the exodus above.)
  20.
  21. ALRP and A3L found their functional forms from EvoRP (as well in ALRP's case, takistan)
  22.
  23.
  24.
  25. ALRP
  26. ----
  27. <Cobra Ownership>
  28.
  29. Cobra was a good dude, knew how to run a good server. Unfortunately he decided to sell the e-property to someone that we'll get to later on.
  30.
  31. Server started with a pop of 24ish people. After Psi hopped on, within 15 minutes server maxed out every day until it died. Amazing really.
  32.
  33. I was the memelord of the Swat role in the PD. Best fun I ever had, had access to end-tier arma weapons against randoms that would hop on from twitch streamers trying to rob us without any armor. We were given the best items to make the 'content good and entertaining' for the civilian twitch streamers.
  34.
  35. Cobra before he sold approached me asking if he could put Psi on the swat(sert whatever) role to make videos which I agreed. You can thank me for all those swat videos, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlcCDuDUp7A proof -> chat at 1:37.
  36.
  37. Basically after awhile we threw him off because although we were casually playing, we still operated sorta in the way you'd play Insurgency sandstorm, kinda serious but still playing like its just a game.
  38.
  39.
  40. <Guzman Ownership>
  41.
  42. Cobra then decided he was making a killing and sold to this guy -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Klw43WnjmdQ
  43.
  44. Figures I heard were 10k, but I could be very wrong.
  45.
  46. New owner basically herded up some younger members into a TS channel and made them his playthings. They all had infistar in exchange for exposing themselves to on skype for guzman. As was told to me, and you can see in the video above. (But there was actual footage between my group of a guy going into a channel and playing along to get guzman to try talk him into showing, its lost in time now)
  47.
  48. Guzman got kicked out, "legit" and changed his TS name and removed all his tags and just used client permissions instead.
  49.
  50. <Frankie Woodland Ownership>
  51.
  52. Frankie was a dude from northern Europe who claimed to have a IRL income of 400k from special furniture construction (the number I was told, the profession I can't confirm). Basically frankie was just a frontman for chappo and acted through him and with him.
  53.
  54. I'm unaware if Frankie participated in the sexual exploration of younger kids, but there was some reports from individual people that he did.
  55.
  56. Chappo came out of hiding and eventually started playing openly in game again, but just went awol and spawned in stock arma 3 CSAT attack helicopters and gave it to our gangs so we can blow up DOC.
  57.
  58. And basically I just stopped playing slowly after awhile, mainly due to the edgy kids that I didn't enjoy vibing much more with.
  59.
  60. Frankie still is on servers today, although I don't keep track anymore.
  61.
  62. A3PL
  63. ----
  64.
  65. Tbh I didn't play much on this server, but it mainly resolved around smart people making smart development choices that got caught up in serious bureaucracy and lack of continuing public support and play counts. I don't have much info about drama from this server I'm afraid.
