Enable Skype for Business instead of Lync (registry fix)

1. Open Powershell:
2. To Enable Skype for Business:
	Set-ItemProperty HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Office\Lync -Name EnableSkypeUI -Value 00,00,00,01
3. To Disable Skype for Business:
	Set-ItemProperty HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Office\Lync -Name EnableSkypeUI -Value 00,00,00,00
