- How to get the Palette Editor for Hisoutensoku v1.10a:

- If you have yet to learn how to use the Palette Editor you can just access the link of the wiki above, there are all the instructions.
- You need to have either .Net Framework 1.1 or above installed or have msvcr71.dll (included in zip) in your system folder.
- Remember to install Applocale and run the Palette Editor with it set to japanese. For Windows 7, if you are having problems to install the Applocale, open the command prompt in Admin mode and run the installer of the applocale trough the command prompt, worked for me.
