1, make fac boosters stack on top of each other to make max power (30) atm,
2, make fac sizes 20 ppl. lower each players max power if needed to like 20. or lower it to make it not to op with the uped player limit,
3, make all keys open fast. saves time. loads of ppl complain about the long time for them, especially if u have alot of keys.
4, re make kits worth using, kit "op" isint rly that op anymore.
5, make kit XP better. seeing as u cant buy it no more.
6,try make it so u can toggle spawners from spawning in ur own factions land, will reduce lag when ur not trying to afk ur spawners, yet ur in range of them still.
7, make a list of ALL rules on the server, some people arnt quite sure with what warrents a warn/mute/kick, (login spam is one that ppl arnt sure of) and also with chat flood, some people thing that if a server message or join message is in between a person chat flooding it doesnt count as flood,
8, list exactly what is a non vanilla in game exploit, and what ones will get u banned. especially epearl glitching, highly contested as non banable.
9, on ur cannon rule. specify what is classed as a "auto" cannon and what isint,
10, make it so you can not sponge the end wall of other factions claimed walls.
11, add a faction vault/bank to store just tnt in for the faction. make it easier to fill cannons up at raids.
12, up ranks amount of pvs by 1 or 2. i feel that 4 pvs for top rank isint much. and to small.
13, change the customec open command to just ec. command is to long and isint really worth using as its only 9 slots.
14, make it so that all words main bedrock layer at the lowest point can not be broken. stops ppl from using that to make unraidible bases as u can not void stack,
15, add to the rules. what worlds say withers can only be used in and what worlds they can not be used in. i know u post alot of things in discord but not many people bother to use it or even have it. adding it to the server rules or somewhere else would be nice.
16, this 1 is abit of a sore topic to be talked about by people, but from looking over chat lately. alot of people are getting fed up with you when you disband factions in ur chest quit event thing or what ever it is, as then it ruins that factions chance at f top and also makes people want to quit.
17, alot of people are "too afraid" to talk to you about some things you do to people for "fun" that they see is abuse. as they are afraid u will just go mad at them lol. i personally am not afraid to bring things up with you front as i know that u will listen :)
18, add sand gen buckets to either buycraft or /shop ingame.
19, either get rid of the "M" trader for something else or start using it again :)
20, make IG's heath alot lower, reduces how long they are spawned in for, also try change it so when the stack drops, insted of ingots they drop the equivilant of ingots in blocks insted. will reduce how quick chests fill up thus reducing alot of lag.
21, remove lava from being scattered, will bring back the use of regen defences. alot of people have complained about it.
22, change obsidian from being i think 4 shots of tnt till it breaks to maybe 10, obby breaks to quick, and is used alot in shells.
