Crossy Road Consistent Re-times

This paste was originally made to time every run under a consistent method after I noticed that certain runs were slower than others on the board, yet were given a ‘faster’ time. This method may be perfectly correct or it may be slightly off, but all that matters is that it’s consistent for every run for re-ranking.

Sizzyl’s run is very difficult to time due to how their run begins. The Crossy Road text starts to move to the right, but the blue background remains, making it impossible to see the game. Once the game is finally visible it shows that they are already on 1, and 4 frames on 60 fps later on 2 (which usually shouldn’t be possible since you need at least 10 frames on 60 fps for a frame perfect mobile hop judging from what I’ve seen from every other run). This means we can infer that their run started earlier than when the game screen was finally shown, but at what point did it begin? What I found was that the Crossy Road text only begins to move on the same frame that the points value in the top left appears, which means we could probably infer that as the start of the run.

With this information there’s a few options I can think of for what to do, these obviously aren’t the only options but I think they’re the most sensible:
First: Time the run with the start being on the first frame of the Crossy Road text moving. This also would assume that they made the hand disappear on the same frame that the Crossy Road text began to move (while extremely unlikely, it has been done before by Wipeoutjack7).  This would result in a time of 4.634 (0.150-4.784).
Second: Time the run with the start being on the first frame of the game screen being visible. I don’t really like this option as it doesn’t show the whole run, but I’m not deciding anything. This would result in a time of 4.184 (0.600-4.784).
Third: The middle ground option, which assumes that they had a perfect start up until the 2nd point value (because we can confirm the frame that 2 appears on), which means adding 2-25 (4.117) + the ideal 0-2 (0.167) which gives 4.284.
Fourth: Due to the fact that this run doesn’t technically follow the rules (start on first frame of hand disappearing) since the hand never shows up. While I’m not fond of this one either, it’s fairly difficult to justify not including it as an option due to how the rules are set up.
