- Altar: A tattered yellow mantle, pinned to an onyx pillar.
- Hastur, or The King in Yellow is a powerful and very alien entity who sees himself as the true king. His worshipers are expected to perform daily rituals and provide amusement, lest they provoke the Great Old One’s anger.
- Hastur Appreciates: Converting others, reciting The King in Yellow (without the smite, sometimes, like the Holy Bible.), Forcing others to read The King in Yellow, blood sacrifices. He prefers his cultists to wear incredibly bright yellow robes.
- He depreciates: Murdering his cultists, Harming The King in Yellow in any way, When his name is uttered in public, near nonbelievers, Hastur will be infuriated. Referring to yourself as a leader, without referring to him as a superior.
- BOONS
- Blessings of Hastur: Hastur bestows random mutations upon his fervent followers. They're generally good, though he WILL smite them with bad mutations if need be. (When reaching Blessings of Hastur II, he will sometimes bestow bad mutations purposefully in combat.)
- Smite: By reciting from The King in Yellow, the worshiper may confuse the target -- this harms only the mind, not the body of the victim.
- Tattered Shroud: Hastur may randomly invoke protection upon his followers. This causes them to become incorporeal, any physical or magical item will more than likely phase through them. When an attack phases through Hastur's followers, a puff of yellow smoke ensues.
- Blessings of Hastur II: Followers may remove a mutation and bestow it upon someone else.
- Song of Hyades: By reciting a chant, the Worshiper may dazzle and confuse all surrounding targets -- except for other worshipers of Hastur. This includes allies.
- Carcosa Rising: Must be chained to the Song of Hyades. When sung, those who are dazed gain visions of an alien planet -- and suffer a smite from the Yellow King himself. (Only works on nonbelievers.) This smite will more than likely drive the victim to insanity, or convert them to join the follower's beliefs.
- Hail to the King: Fervent followers that Hastur himself exalts have a high chance of converting others with their smite. Carcosa Rising will always convert others into the worshiper's beliefs.
