Trade and Barter

<purpose>
- Adds many user-adjustable factors to bartering such as status, race, location, knowledge, etiquette, etc.
- An essential mod in this play-through.
- Installed to make getting money a lot harder than Vanilla, as part of the 'Don't want to be Rich' issue.
- Will make especially 'Selling' a LOT more thoughtful, you can no longer go to one merchant and sell him junk and go to the next one, there is now a lot of factors taken in place, and also i will tweak it to make selling prices lower than default so that i can no longer grab 10 Amethysts and sell them and be gone..
- Will also tweak Buying prices as to when I'll need something, it'll be costly, either go get it from the wilderness myself which will not be as easy as in Vanilla, because of another mod that decreases loot in Skyrim, so i will be forced to buy ingredients which will not be cheap, This all put to place to make 'getting money' all worthwhile and thoughtful.

- Only activate after you've reached Riverwood at least.
- Before activation, in MCM, set the 'Barter Rates' to the 'Difficult Preset' mentioned in the 'SOME SUGGESTIONS' section.
- Tweak other MCM option to you liking, leave at default unless you're pretty sure what the option does and that you want to change it to keep the economy challenging and fun.
- I recommend not changing the 'RESTOCKING TIME' because 2 days seems reasonable.
