[T:Beatrix//] This is a formal (or as formal as I care to be) writ of warning to Kasstra of the Marshals Mercinary group.

It's come to my attention that some of your mercenaries think themselves above the three very simple and easy to follow rules of Heaven's Gate. For the sake of your own convenience, allow me to list them off.

#1. No fighting outside the dome while within the walls.
#2. Agents of Col-Sec, EarthGOV, The Order or any offshoots of the three are to killed on sight.
#3. Don't be an asshole.

In case our position wasn't clear beforehand, allow me to explain it to you:
You get a pass from our ire in the specific, and only in the spicific case that you've been paid to defend a piece of land from attackers, and we happen to show up. We don't give a damn then. The presence of your mercinaries just makes it so we have more people to beat up. Appart from that, and read this over a few times so that you can memorize it, we do not give a SHIT about what you're being paid to do, or if you're "just doing your jobs. Any slight on the three rules of Heaven's Gate and any attacks made on it and the Junk Hounds will result in each and every mercinary involved being skinned alive and sent back to you in a bag of broken glass; and if I feel it was a bad enough offense a declairation of war will follow. Don't make Sergei's mistake and assume my threats are empty, the next insult he throws my way I won't humor with a fair fight. Your Mercinaries will adhere to the town's rules or they will die naked, screaming, and drenched in their own blood.

#1. Not my problem, if one my operators starts a fight in Junktown, they'll handle the consequences alone.
#2. I don't care, I don't babysit for the listed  organizations
#3. Very subjective.

First of all, do not call us, mercenaries. I understand you have never been apart of our lifestyle, but we do not appreciate such insults either or derogatory terms. You will use the term privacy contractor or operator.
I had this discussion with COL-SEC once, and they understand any trouble my operators cause on their own time is them alone and they can do what ever they please for violating their laws. I have no interests starting trouble in Junktown nor do I have any personal issues with the Junkhounds. Threaten my operators on a personal level as much as your heart desires, but the moment you start threatening Marshal as a whole then I hope the feeling is mutual about assuming threats are empty. Anyone that threatens my company will not even be given the honor of dying with a final scream, but with a silenced whimper. I don't work to make a show out of it, I work to get it done and over with.

First comes the rule breaking, then the bounty hunting; when should I say enough is enough? When you're being paid to butcher my Hounds in their own wastes? When you're paid to set off a dirty bomb in the middle of Heaven's Gate? Your mercinaries, because mercinaries is what you are, didn't HAVE to take the payment. They didn't HAVE to take the job. They should have known they would take shit for it. EarthGOV wouldn't tollerate that kind of shit, as much as you'd love to believe they would. Your advice is as empty as your expectations.
