[15:40.09] <Flareyteller> Gin gets pulled away by Fusami during the finale of the show. The others have gone off to party with some of the circus individuals, while Fusami and Kumaon are in the back finishing up their inspection with Shimmering Wind.
[15:40.50] * Jiro_Gin looks a little grump about this
[15:42.23] <Flareyteller> "So Gin, which of these horses do you like?" Kumaon asks, as she leads Gin through the stables. Several are well tended and taken care of, but there's an obvious exemplary one, a paint horse carefully taken care of and washed. It's the one that Selene was riding for her performance
[15:43.02] <Jiro_Gin> "I've never been much of a horse sort of girl, but that one is clearly the most impressive"
[15:43.28] <Flareyteller> "Great." she says, looking to Wind. "We're taking that one from you." The Circus man frowns. "Er...my lady, you can't..."
[15:44.06] <Jiro_Gin> "Huh? What?"
[15:44.24] <Flareyteller> "Please remember who runs your circus. You work for me. I own your circus, and she wants a horse. So we're taking this one." Kumaon says. "That one isn't...that's not one that our circus owns. It's Selene's personal horse. She bought it with her salary."
[15:45.39] <Jiro_Gin> "I didn't say I wanted a horse, and if it's someone elses I wouldn't want to spoil that. I'm not about to break that bond more than I'd want someone  to take my wheel from me"
[15:45.42] <Jiro_Gin> "It's personal"
[15:46.20] <Flareyteller> "You said you wanted to ride one. It's better to get one that's already trained." Fusami says. "We don't keep horses so we need one of these."
[15:46.43] <Jiro_Gin> "Well I can get one that someone isn't using then, and they can have it back after."
[15:47.02] <Jiro_Gin> "It doesn't HAVE to be that horse, or even any horse right this instant"
[15:47.02] <Flareyteller> "We're going to take it back with us, so you can practice."
[15:48.25] <Jiro_Gin> "Yeah, well we're not taking that one anywhere"
[15:50.24] * Jiro_Gin crosses her arms and looks even more annoyed
[15:51.01] <Flareyteller> "Fine, fine. Just give us one of the lesser ones." Fusami says. Wind bows. "...Yes, my lady. How about Dauntless here? He's one of our draft horses..."
[15:51.29] <Jiro_Gin> "What does a draft horse mean?"
[15:52.43] <Flareyteller> "He helps pull our wagons."
[15:54.22] <Jiro_Gin> "He's honest then"
[15:54.32] * Jiro_Gin goes to meet dauntless
[15:54.46] <Flareyteller> "Something like that, yes..." he says as the horse does horse things
[15:56.17] <Jiro_Gin> "Hey there," Gin says, placing a hand on his mane somewhat awkwardly
[15:57.13] <Flareyteller> it is a pretty beefy horse since it spends it's time hauling wagons. It doesn't really do anything though. it just continues to stand there
[15:57.57] <Jiro_Gin> "I like him"
[15:58.16] <Jiro_Gin> "Draft horse means he doesn't have a rider, right?"
[15:58.44] <Flareyteller> "That's correct."
[15:59.49] <Jiro_Gin> "Ok, cool"
[16:02.25] <Jiro_Gin> "Can I pay for him myself?"
[16:02.44] <Flareyteller> "No no, Gin." Kumaon says. "We own that horse already."
[16:03.04] <Jiro_Gin> "Oh, right"
[16:03.09] <Jiro_Gin> "I could buy him off you then"
[16:03.25] <Flareyteller> "You could."
