The rebel, kid in the back of the class

Never doing his homework, too broke from dad beating his ass

He hates everything, especially the mass public

Getting punched in the stomach, the halls are a fucking battle zone

He's unpopular, but known

Not a bone in his body has any confidence or strength

But his stomach has a little "length" if you catch my drift

Too heavy to lift, or maybe that's his soul

Tired from being compared to a mole

Tired from school, walking home to sheol, or the trailer park

But he's not safe, regardless of if there's dark or light

How unlucky that all his bullies live in the same neighborhood, and he doesn't got the might

He doesn't matter, yet he's always in the line of sight

What can he do but write these problems on words and lines

He throws them together with rhymes

Passing bad times with a mix of drugs and nicotine

But he stopped because his friends wanted him clean

Apparently his friends took it as a surprise, they had believed in him; like what the fuck he's nothing but a troubled teen

Fifteen years old and growing an attitude

Not paying attention to class, glued to his phone and flipping off an ass of a teacher

Making nicknames like Mrs. Leacher, "I wish I could bleach 'er eyes out"

Shouting in class, Influenced by every one of his parent's bouts

It amounts to a mothafucking drug addict

Broke from conflict and his only hope is to be a wannabe slim shady

Did i mention that he wants to be a lady?

Feeling like a failure of a man, but wishing to be as rich as Jim Brady. Just a kid from the gutter

Hoping to make butter someday

But how can he say he'll get anywhere

Questioning why life is so unfair

With not a bit of flair in his heart, or a prayer to God he goes on as a rebel

Yes a rebel

Revel in darkness

Hurt from his starkness, embarrassed from the lack of cash

He's getting brash but has a crazy dream

But yet it still seems like it'll get nowhere

Why does he care to write on?

Maybe he's a fool, but he has a white trash point of view

Nobody ever knew he'd grow to be such a failure, people had hopes and he crushed them

Thought of as a gem from his few friends, but to him he's nothing but a piece of coal

Smoking a bowl, and with fear going away he's not afraid to share his views and merits

Broken where it's most important, and becominh another of the rap parrots, rhymes on his mind

There isn't any kind of medicine they could fix him

He does the farthest thing from skim through the music, it's his life

It saved him from the knife so many times

It feels like it saves him from his crimes

He loves these rhymes, using it to steer everything he does

Because he gets a buzz when he's told he can do something well and right

He loves to write, it makes him feel higher than when he did drugs

And he has a dream to help everyone similar to him, giving musical hugs

Anyone living with bugs, he'll become a modern day Shakespeare

Wipe away his tears, and write with his spiteful thoughts

Maybes someday he won't be a rebel, he'll be delightful

And mindful, but for now he's a rebel
