I definitely need to spend some more time on "Stephen Hawking" - prior to my focus on the "ISS" I saw "Hawking" as the way to get "normal people" to perceive the lie system. However - BOTH things should deliver a knockout blow. One of the reasons for my slow progress with the "Lie System" video is because I am connecting a few of these things together.

A tip with the "ISS" footage is to build up a collection of "known good" footage so that you can look for the same oddities in known good videos. If it exists in known good footage then what you have will mean nothing to "normal people" but it doesn't mean what you have found is nothing. It remains a potential editing point (because joins will be masked by "common glitches") but it can't be something to present etc.

I have never come across the outright "masking glitches" nor the "jumping frames". People claim they are "dropped frames" - so to test that I have made up footage and progressively removed frames to try and recreate the problem but it always looks different.

However - what we see with the "teleportation glitch" is what you can commonly see with a "blending frame" (I am working on a video to explain what I mean by all of that - using the recent 20 minute "Tim Kopra" interview to show off the various types of glitch).

(Am rather sleep deprived - so I may not be making all that much sense!)
