RIP deathwarp strat (FR Charmander%)

THE STRAT:
- Skip Mega Punch
- Rival 2: Use all 5 Mega Kicks (double Scratch Abra if out)
- Get Elixer and use on Slowpoke spinner bag manip
- OHKO the Youngster's Nidoran with Blaze Ember or Mega Kick
- Rival 3:
	> Enter in Blaze
	> Low HP makes Sand-Attack less likely
	> Pidgeotto is a 2/16 range with Blaze Ember
	> Super Potion once you're in kill range
	> BB x3 Wartortle (favorable range if double Withdraw)
	> MK/Blaze Ember Kadabra
- Run back to Cerulean
- Heal to good HP for Misty (tank 2 Water Pulses OR 1 Water Pulse into Blaze)
- Misty: MK+Ember/Cut
- Take Rock Tunnel center (skip if died to Misty)

PROS:
- Skip Mega Punch (22s)
- OHKO Youngster (9s)
- Much safer Rival 3
- Misty is safer with lower HP/Sp. Def combos (Blaze Ember does 17-21)
- PP is not tight from Rock Tunnel to heal pad
- Use fewer Super Potions

CONS:
- No deathwarp chance
- Sometimes use more Mega Kicks (although misses are more affordable)
- Misty is slower/riskier with high HP/Sp. Def (must heal to full manually or take risk)
- Take Rock Tunnel center (17s)
