Description: Campbell, a former tenant from several years prior, punched through a porch door, breaking the glass, to gain entry into Eva’s apartment. Campbell proceeded to beat Eva, breaking her jaw, before stabbing her multiple times. After killing her, Campbell ransacked Eva’s apartment, before fleeing.
