So the current settings there, are corresponding to the loading times on the gdoc (2.902 + 6.474 + 4.401 = 13.777s)

However I just changed the settings of my Wii, you can find the syscheck here https://pastebin.com/NFA1W1WL (notably IOS 249)
I tried to get a Wii close to Marco's one, while it didn't really change the average of the reset (13.75s) it changed the time of the black screen and the glitched text (2.70 + 6.66 + 4.39). Unfortunately since I'm not the one who did the 1st test on my wii I can't confirm the relation between both results (though I could still watch an old VOD if necessary)
