  11.
  12. Killbaiting is prohibited if it appears in the logs there will be an extra hard punishment (e.g: placing loot only to gain a kill reason). Nothing outside the server is a valid kill reason (for example an argument in any kind of communication system).
  13.
  14. A kill reason is valid for 15 minutes. If the to be killed one is dying then it vanishes it. Relogging on purpose to vanish the kill reason is illegal.
  15.
  16. Name Rule: You are not allowed to include racial slurs in your IG/Forum/TS name. It's also forbidden to impersonate other people of the community. Common Sense: Personal information will end in a permanent ban of all Dominion resources.
  17.
  18. Robbery:
  19. Faction members are allowed to rob all gold off of a player. They are not allowed to rob items/armours or horses.
  20. Outlaws can rob everything. Commoners are restricted as faction members.
  21.
  22. Stealing:
  23. Stealing is allowed but gives the original owner of it a kill reason. If you steal from a faction, it may KoS you. You are allowed to steal carts from players or items out of the cart. Of course, those players may attempt to kill you.
  24.
  25. Commoner & Outlaws:
  26. Commoners with clear tags for example: (Levy_Name_England) are considered to be in a group and can be treated as a faction.
  27. No faction may help Outlaws nor outlaws can help others.
  28. Only Outlaws may rob players for items/horses.
  29. Outlaws do not need to request help to be assisted by other outlaws.
  30.
  31. Outlaws in wars:
  32. Outlaws are able to lockpick doors in wars. Of course, they will get KoS for the enemy faction (if they recognize it). They are NOT allowed to join the fights like being a party of the army (if you get attacked, defend yourself and then try to retreat).
  33.
  34. NRR (No revenge rule):
  35. You may not initiate hostilities with your previous victims from a war or skirmish after its finished/peaced.
  36.

  39. Warzones are places where factions are engaging each other.
  40. It is forbidden to kill anyone just because he is near/in a war zone. The war zone rule was not made to give you the ability to kill bait anyone in this area.
  41.
  42. Skirmish:
  43. A skirmish counts if two or more factions (more than 5 people in total) fight each other at one special point of the map.

  46. Everyone part of this skirmish (faction) is allowed to join the fight back and start fighting the enemy again.
  47. If you do not wish to keep the skirmish up, retreat to your castle. Commoners may not start a skirmish, however outlaws are allowed too.
  48. Killing 3rd party people in a skirmish zone can, and will be punished. There are no excuses such as "but they were in skirmish".
  49. What is a Skirmish? It's like a constant battle between two or more parties for some set time on a special map location.
  50.
  51. War rules:
  52. When declaring war you clearly have to state a suitable reason for example: Declaring on England Reason: PH (Past Hostilities) in all chat. When declaring war on another faction, a legitimate capture attempt must be made within 30 minutes with a banner, or the war must be peaced.
  53. You cannot war a faction which has no land.
  54. The defending faction may redeclare within a 30-second timer without the need to state whatever reason in the chat.
  55. Default wars from server restarts are not seen as legitimate wars and will, therefore, be considered RDM.
  56. At least 70% of your faction must be in your castle (surrounding areas) or the Mercenary camp before you declare. You may not have banners in the enemy castle nor declare in their castle. Ignoring that or hiding members to get tactical advantages WHILE declaring will be punished harshly.
  57. War may not be used to hide RDM.
  58. You may not log in at a banner point to capture a castle during an active war.
  59. Factions which have no banner point to capture in their castle (like Richfield etc) can't war or be warred on. Only admins can start raid events.
