Requirements
Above Average Grammar - Your interviews must look professional and not sloppy
High Quality - Making the group look low quality isn't allowed
Mature - You must be mature for obvious reasons, there are no exceptions
Professional - Professionalism is a must, For example, we don't stand for corruption
Skype or MSN - If your interview is needed or you need to be contacted you'll need Skype or MSN
Active - Activity is a must, we won't stand for an inactive interviewer
Creative - When you ask questions some of them should be creative
Writer - You have to be a good writer & willing to post two interviews weekly


Rules
Don't copy anyone's application.
Don't spend a few minutes making your application, if it looks like you did you'll be denied immediately.
Negative reputations are allowed, but up to an extent and they'll be reviewed.
Use the application you're given and only that. Don't add the HF News banner, Your own banner, Don't add your own section, etc.
