  1. 1426: Ervalt is forced to relocate their capital to the northwest Isle of Kings, renamed to the Island of Ervalt. Peace is made between Ervalt, Sivult, Govitz and Kalgar.
  2. 1458: Ervalt's expedition forces return from the west, claiming the existence of a vast continent to the west. Ervalt leadership decrees that the new nation will be colonized by Ervalt.
  3. 1459: The first of many settlers make landfall on the western continent
  4. 1482: Ervalt taxes on the colonies rise as the remote economy begins to pick up. The money is used to fund troops to protect their mainland holdings in the east, and also to enforce tax policies on the western continent.
  5. 1484: The western colonies reject Ervalt rule and send the bodies of several officers and tax collectors back to their home nation, along with a manifesto declaring the colonies to be the sovereign nation of Ersht.
  6. 1484-1487: The Ersht Secession War. Sivult and Kalgar provide aid to Ersht, Govitz remains neutral.
  7. 1487: Ervalt officially recognizes Ersht as a foreign state, and withdraws the last of their troops from the area.
  8. 1490-1620: Ersht spreads forth across the western continent, becoming wealthy and powerful.
  9. 1589: Magical research in Kalgar begins to expand, though this knowledge does not leave the walls of three gifted scientists.
  10. 1604: Trade relations between Ersht and the eastern continent are stable at this point, trading away raw materials in exchange for well made items, foodstuffs unsuited to growing on the western continent, and scientific discoveries coming out of the eastern continent.
  11. 1617: Kalgar launches attacks on all fronts against Sivult and Govitz, pushing into their territory backed by extremely powerful magic capable of destroying whole districts at a time. This magical potential allows them to push into enemy territory despite being significantly outnumbered. The ensuing conflict is known as the Kalgarian War for the time being.
  12. 1619: Kalgar has conquered large swaths of Sivult and Ervalt, and mass regions of Govitz. Ersht soldiers arrive in droves, launching from the Island of Ervalt. Their massive numbers are enough to overwhelm Kalgarian forces despite their magical superiority. A multi national team of soldiers lead by Joi Hart become instrumental in eliminating Kalgarian sorcerers to prevent massive losses.
  13. 1620: Ershtine and Govitian soldiers capture the Kalgarian capital, and defeat the Kalgarian King.
  14. 1620: Ershtine and Govitian forces fall into conflict. Joi Hart's team is dissolved and each team member individually recalled form the battlefield. The devastation visited on Kalgar leads to the war being known in later years as the War of Annihilation.
  15. 1622: Ershtine troops retreat, signalling an end to the War of Annihilation. Captured documents lead to top secret research by both sides on the magic Kalgar had employed during the war.
  16. 1639: Ersht has seen great leaps in the captured Kalgarian magic, leading to the development of what is termed a nullification zone that can be deployed by any soldier given the command word and gesture, which will convert the tome the spell is contained in into a weapon that will suck anything within a large area into another dimension. Govitz has proceeded with the research in other avenues.
  17. 1642: Joi Hart steals a pair of Nullification tomes and escapes to Govitz. Jack Smith is tasked to create a small strike force to infiltrate Govitz, eliminate her, and return the tomes to Ersht before their secrets can be decoded.
