1) article which has keyword and with Higth Middle competition. It is longread text, has maybe 5000 words. This article will never rank high keyword. But it can bring traffic from low long tail keywords, which automatically included in the article.

2) article which optimized by long tail keyword with low competition. It will be short article which will rank top 1. But it can't bring much traffic, because main long tail keyword has low search value.

Focus on the long tail keywords that will rank to page 1 on their own until your site has enough authority to target higher keywords.

That's the method I am currently using. Will let you know if it works in a few months
1st stratagy will be difficult to beat authentic site. May include images and videos and try it out.
Like I said about 1 strategy - main point to target low tail keywords, which are present in that text, which are optimized for high main keyword with high competition. That long read text may have few such long tail keywords not only one, which is present in text from strategy 2
Until your website gains some authority, I’d stick with the second option. Write multiple shorter texts, optimized for long-tail keywords. As for the first option, I don’t think it will bring you any results. Yes, you may include some long-tail keywords in that text, but if it’s optimized for a highly competitive keyword, your website will probably end up somewhere on the 10th page of SERPs.
I think you right. But im not sure: 1) if i can find low competitive long tail keywords in fitness niche. 2) if i cant get any traffic from such shorter articles.
Do I need monitor usa serp or i can use any serp google where is English language.
You need backlinks to rank. End of the story. Just my opinion.
Some says that there is no need in backlinks.
