My name is Ashib Hoque and I am a previous employer of Ousama Mahomed on behalf of Leon Guarding & FM Ltd where Ousama used to work as a Security Officer and Door Supervisor.

My duties as Scheduler and HR Coordinator was to forward Ousama his schedule, ensured that he had started his shifts on time and be the first person he would be liaising with regards to incidents and other related matters.
