The server is running Essentials version: TeamCity (according to plugin.yml)
All signs have been enabled
Server is using GroupManager version 2.0 (Pheonix)
Default Group has permission node essentials.signs.use.*
Default Group can not use Buy or Sell signs (these are the only ones setup) unless they are in operator mode.
Essentials Debug returns no error. No error returned when not in debug mode.
