Clara's introduction finished

<Clara>: "No, I'm fine is all. Just... whatever." she quickly says "Its my first day here is all"
<Wrong_Way>: "So, are you going to get a dorm or are you going to have to sleep on Hab's desk?"
<Gwydion>: "Whatever?"
<Clara>: "I'm going to be staying with Theo. He says its too dangerous for some reason for me to stay in the dorms"
<Wrong_Way>: "That's slightly concerning, but don't worry."
<Wrong_Way>: "Hab probably has a cool place."
<Donnie>: "What!? We're not bad people!"
Donnie grumbles "We're the /good/ guys..."
<Wrong_Way>: "Donnie, if Theo's taking her shopping, she's probably important."
<Clara>: "Well, he said that it wouldn't be safe for me. I don't know why"
<Gwydion>: did you ignore him or just not see it?]
<Clara>: "I'm pretty sure I can handle it from what I've seen" she says with a bit of a huff
<Clara>: [aw cripes I missed it]
<Gwydion>: you going to answer it now?]]
<Wrong_Way>: "Maybe when things seem cooler, he's move you over."
<Wrong_Way>: "But at least you won't have to share a bathroom with like 3 guys."
<Gwydion>: >he's move you over]
<Clara>: "Its nothing, gideon"
<Gwydion>: "Gwydion"
Wrong_Way snickers at that
<Gwydion>: "And it doesnt sound like nothing, is something wrong?"
Clara gives a skeptical look at him
<Wrong_Way>: "Gwyd, quit harassing the lady..."
<Clara>: "I've heard some weeeeeird things around here. Just trying to figure it all out is all"
<Gwydion>: "Weeeeeird things?"
<Clara>: "Like, I dunno, magic."
<Gwydion>: "You dont believe in magic?"
Donnie leans over to the otter once more. "Dude, game over, even Habeus doesn't think you're good people." "What? No, that can't be true." "Why else would he be keeping people from the school? Besides, it looks like she agrees." "Well..."
<Clara>: "I believe in mutants that can do extraordinary things"
<Wrong_Way>: "I guess you wouldn't like disney world, Clara since they LOVE magic there."
<Clara>: "Its a bit weird you're keeping up this impression thing for me. You do this to everybody?" she says, sounding a little bit weirded out and a little bit insulted
<Gwydion>: "Youre calling me a liar?"
Donnie sighs and looks around
<Donnie>: "I think I'm gonna go home early."
<Wrong_Way>: "Gwyd, stop holding magic against her..."
<Gwydion>: "Against her?"
<Clara>: "Sorry, sorry" she backtracks a bit "Just... why are you still keeping this up?" she then seems to sense that its causing some strife
<Wrong_Way>: "Hey Donnie, you up to helping picking out a present for my sister?"
<Clara>: "Did I say something wrong?"
Donnie begins walking back but turn around to looks at Wrong_Way
Clara looks really worried like she just screwed up her first impression at the school
<Donnie>: "I just... c'mon Mark.
<Wrong_Way>: "Alright then."
Donnie holds out his bracelet, it glows slightly, and he walks off into a shadow on the back of a shelf
<Wrong_Way>: "Uh, I guess we'll head off for the toy store..."
Wrong_Way looks at the shadow behind him
<Gwydion>: "When I was 14, a man ripped my heart out and put in a new one. My life has become a living hell ever since. But no that cant be it, im just "trying to impress you""
<Wrong_Way>: "here's my ride?"
Wrong_Way awkwardly looks at Gwyd try to pick up chicks and walks into the shadow
<Gwydion>: "Maybe you should try to get over yourself, and....sorry"
Clara just now looks scared, looking back to hab
<Gwydion>: "Im just a bit ...I have a headache"
<Donnie>: [>Mark just walking into a shadow without holding my hand]
<Donnie>: [you'd just walk into the wall dude]
<Gwydion>: ^]
<Clara>: [d'oh]
Wrong_Way bumps his head against the wal
<Wrong_Way>: "Ouch."
Wrong_Way rubs the back of his head and notices he knocked over a clothes stand
<Wrong_Way>: "Aw man.."
Wrong_Way puts it back up
<Wrong_Way>: "I wish I wasn't in the mall's toy store."
Wrong_Way teleports off to avoid further embaressment
<Gwydion>: "Listen, Im very sorry about that outburst, it was rude of me. I dont know where that came from"
<Clara>: "I, uh" she doesn't really know how to respond properly, internally trying to think if this is where she should use that bravery she always claimed she'd have "Well, sorry for causing anything for you"
<Clara>: "Its my first day, I don't know what I'm doing."
Wrong_Way appears in the toy store and looks over shelves of polly pockets
<Gwydion>: "No no, its my fault. Hell I dont even know what im doing here. Id like to try and make it up to you"
<Gwydion>: Maybe I could talk to mr hondo for you about joining the team
<Wrong_Way>: "I need help for this. How is a 14 year old boy going to know what an 9 year old likes?"
<Wrong_Way>: "I wish Donnie wasn't here."
Clara looks over to Theo who totally went off to checkout
<Clara>: "You think you could do that?"
<Clara>: "No, he'd never let me on the team. He thinks my dad will smush him if he does. You think I could... show up there? Without anybody knowing?" she says rather quietly
Donnie suddenly appears in the middle of the air, suspended in air as if he was sitting down and in the middle of removing his shirt. He falls to the gournd.
<Gwydion>: "I dont see why not...and worst case scenario you could tell him I invited you.."
<Wrong_Way>: "Oh jesus, were you in the bathroom?"
Donnie pulls down his shirt and stands up quickly to look at Wrong_Way
<Gwydion>: "Actually, maybe we could talk to buck about it. Hes sorta Mr hondos boss, and a great guy"
<Wrong_Way>: "Oh god, i thought you were going to meet me here..."
<Donnie>: What? No! I was going to bed!
<Wrong_Way>: "Dude, it's like 9!"
<Wrong_Way>: "What are you, a ki-"
<Donnie>: ...It's been a long day.
Wrong_Way chooses not the finish that sentence.
<Clara>: "Thanks, I just sort of got this urge to go out and do something big like that, you know? Never got to really have fun back home"
<Wrong_Way>: "Alright...do you still wanna help me find a present for my sis?"
<Clara>: "You... won't rat on me right?" she snaps to a bit of seriousness
<Donnie>: Wait, we're actually doing that now? I thought you were just giving me crap.
<Wrong_Way>: "What? No."
<Gwydion>: "I swear I wont rat on you, heck Ill do everything in my power to help you keep this up"
<Wrong_Way>: "My sister's birthday is like tomorrow."
<Wrong_Way>: "I'm totally going to surprise her with this."
<Wrong_Way>: "But...I need help."
<Clara>: "Thank you, uh... magic Gideon?"
<Donnie>: Do I at least get to meet her or something?
<Wrong_Way>: "Yeah sure, we're going to teleport over there after I figure out what to get her."
Wrong_Way scans the shelf in front of him
<Wrong_Way>: "Ughhhhh what do girls like?"
<Donnie>: Really? Uh, okay.
Donnie looks over the shelves
<Wrong_Way>: "What looks cool to you Donnie."
<Donnie>: Iunno. I always see commercials for these. These, uuuhhh, Polly Pockets. Maybe she'd like that?
<Wrong_Way>: "...Genius."
Wrong_Way grabs the box off the shelf
<Gwydion>: Call me Gwyd, it rhymes with kid.
<Wrong_Way>: "Alright then, maybe they'll wrap it up for us there."
Wrong_Way heads over to the counter
<Gwydion>: But its no problem, clara. So...whats your gift? Sorry I dont remember catching it
<Wrong_Way>: "Hey cashier dude, can you wrap this gift up in fancy paper or something?"
<Donnie>: Aren't they gonna kick you out for not wearing shoes?
<Donnie>: Dude, shuddup, and don't point it out!
<Clara>: "Oh" she looks a little surprised, used to getting horribly ridiculed over powers "Well, I control gravity and just sort of have a... knack for science-y things... and fighting"
Donnie walks over to the counter
Wrong_Way reads a magazine while the cashier half heartedly wraps the gift in transformer wrapping paper
<Clara>: "Hab says I shouldn't be using it too much, its way too dangerous"
Wrong_Way looks up from his magazine. "Hey Donnie."
<Wrong_Way>: "Did you know that we missed Coachella?"
<Gwydion>: "Oh cool, like what kind of science?"
<Donnie>: Never heard of her.
<Wrong_Way>: "No, not the singer."
<Clara>: "Well, I tend to have a thing for machinery and physics. I can't explain it all to well, its just all intuitive"
<Wrong_Way>: "It's like this preformance thing? I dunno, but it's supposed to be big or something."
<Wrong_Way>: "..Yeah."
<Gwydion>: "That....is really cool, so youre like a mad scientist girl with gravity powers?"
Wrong_Way looks over to the cashier who's using a lot of tape to wrap the present, possibly duct tape.
<Donnie>: Never heard of it.
<Gwydion>: Oooh what does the scouter do?"
<Wrong_Way>: "Coachella is a weird word, isn't it?"
Clara looks a little bit miffed by the mad scientist part, remembering getting called a freakazoid over that kind of stuff
<Wrong_Way>: [freakazoid, chimpanzee]
<Gwydion>: Oh no, sorry I mean it as a compliment
<Wrong_Way>: "You done yet cashy?"
Wrong_Way pulls out 40 bucks from his wallet and pays the man for the toy and the odd present wrapping skills
<Clara>: "Its alright. And the scouter is a communicator, analyzer, and a wifi device"
<Wrong_Way>: "Thank you. Keep the change."
<Gwydion>: My father used to write sci fi, I always thought that kind of stuff was reallly cool. Oh what does it analyze?
Wrong_Way takes the wrapped gift and heads out of the store with Donnie
<Wrong_Way>: "Maybe he can afford gift wrapping classes with that extra cash..."
<Donnie>: Is Gwyd still busy with, whatsername... Clara?
<Wrong_Way>: "Probably. Wanna see if they wanna meet my kid sister?"
<Clara>: "A lot of things. Heat, helps with detection and sight, night vision, reading the estimated threat levels of things"
<Clara>: "Still upgrading it though."
<Gwydion>: "And you built that?Im impressed"
<Clara>: "Well, I didn't build all of this. I upgraded it from a prototype that was fresh off the presses. Could only do a few things"
<Donnie>: Sure.
<Clara>: "I added stuff, tinkered you know?"
<Wrong_Way>: "Cool! I wish me and Donnie weren't in the store Gwyd and Clara are in."
<Gwydion>: "Still, you must be brilliant. "
<Gwydion>: What else did you tinker with?
Donnie is suddenly in the store
Wrong_Way appears with donnie and nearly knocks over a mmannequin
<Wrong_Way>: "shootshootshoot...."
<Clara>: "Oh, thanks. It just comes naturally now. The rest of my things are less unique I guess, except the swiss army omnitool which... I dunno you know the sonic screwdriver?"
<Donnie>: Oh, they never even left this place, huh.
<Clara>: "Its a little bit like that"
Wrong_Way adjusts the mannequin so it doesn't topple over again
Donnie looks around and spots Gwydion and Clara
<Wrong_Way>: "Yeah. Looks like they had a lot to talk about..."
<Gwydion>: "Wow, can it do all that stuff?"
<Clara>: "It does a lot, yeah. Good in a tight spot. The rest is mostly just stabilizers to make sure I don't.... break things"
<Donnie>: "Yeah, I don't wanna interrupt."
Clara looks far more uncomfortable with that last bit
<Wrong_Way>: "Hm...do we ruin their chemistry or leave it be?"
Clara looks over, spotting wrong way and donnie
<Gwydion>: Nice, so you built something to help focus your powers? That must allow you to do all kinds of neat things
<Clara>: "Those are your friends, right?"
Gwydion is genuinely interested
<Wrong_Way>: "Oh good, they ruined their own chemistry
Donnie internally cringes, realizing he's been spot
<Clara>: "And yeah, I need to have focuses or else the junk yard incident will happen again"
<Gwydion>: "Hmm oh yeah donnie, and mark."
<Gwydion>: "Junk yard incident?"
Wrong_Way waves
Clara looks over to the two, wondering half trying to remember their names proper and half expecting them to come over
Donnie buries his hands in his jacket pocket
<Gwydion>: he just said their names]
<Wrong_Way>: "Let's go over there?"
<Donnie>: "Yeah, s-sure."
<Wrong_Way>: "Okay."
Wrong_Way walks over with donnie to the group
<Clara>: "Well..." she looks as if she reaaaaally doesn't want to talk about it but figures she has to. Summon that bravery, damn it. "Hey Don and Mark" she says as they come over, having found an easy out
Donnie walks up to the group, looking around the shop
<Clara>: "I was just talking to gide- gwydion. Trying to figure things out around here"
<Gwydion>: "Hey donnie, marky where did you guys get head off to?"
<Donnie>: "Uh, we got some toys for Mark's sister. Polly Pockets?"
<Wrong_Way>: "Yeah, we got some Polly Pockets."
Clara internally chuckles at the thought of mark with polly pockets
Gwydion pauses for a second, "Oh...yeah sorry I got a little side tracked"
<Clara>: "What were we talking about?"
<Wrong_Way>: "Uh, are you guys busy?"
<Clara>: "No, no. Just sort of getting introduced. I haven't talked to you much yet"
<Clara>: "Or Donnie" she says looking over to the kid she saw looking sad earlier
Donnie sheepishly half-grins to Clara
<Wrong_Way>: "Well, I might as well introduce you to my sister that you'll probably never meet again."
<Gwydion>: "Oh, I was just talking to the newest s-member
Clara internally feels good that she gets to be considered an s-member.
<Wrong_Way>: "So you're S-men now, huh?"
<Donnie>: "S-member?"
<Clara>: "Well... don't tell hab alright?"
<Wrong_Way>: "Oh. Ohhh."
<Clara>: "He'd flip out you know?"
<Clara>: "Doesn't want me to get hurt"
<Gwydion>: ....donnie, dont we need a new member on bucks squad? Until reverb gets back
Donnie looks up at Gwydion anxiously and doesn't reply
Wrong_Way looks at Gwyd with a serious expression at mentioning reverb
<Wrong_Way>: "Uh..sure.."
Clara has no clue who reverb is and gets the feeling she shouldn't ask
<Wrong_Way>: "Uh listen, me and Donnie were going to drop by my house and drop off this present. Do you two want to join us?"
<Clara>: "weeeell..." she looks over to hab who is in the endless checkout line "I kinda can't be outside his watchful sight"
<Gwydion>: brb]
<Clara>: "sorry, this was just meant to be a quick trip before going back to finish unpacking down at the... sea shack"
<Wrong_Way>: "Sea shack? Oh man..."
<Wrong_Way>: "I've gotta get me a sea shack one day."
<Wrong_Way>: "Alright then, I'll see you around Clara. Hope you'll be on S-Men!"
<Wrong_Way>: "I wish me and Donnie weren't at my parent's house."
<Clara>: "Well see you Donnie and Mark" she manages to get the names right, giving a wave
Wrong_Way teleports off with Donnie
Wrong_Way is outside his parent's house with Donnie
<Wrong_Way>: "Wow...just like I left it."
<Donnie>: Oh, boy, this'll be hilarious. A whole family of Marks.
Wrong_Way doesn't hear that otter coment
<Gwydion>: back[
<Wrong_Way>: "So, should we break in and knock on the door?"
<Gwydion>: "Sure Ill..and they left already"
<Clara>: "Well, I should head off back with Hab now. Its been fun, Gwyd" she says, internally letting out a sigh of relief she didn't have to mention the junk yard incident
<Donnie>: "Sure."
Clara hopes he forgot about it
Wrong_Way heads up to the door
<Gwydion>: "Wait one second"
Wrong_Way knocks
<Clara>: "Hmmm?"
Wrong_Way waits a bit.
Wrong_Way peers into the window, but notices the lights are off
<Wrong_Way>: "Huh...I think they're out."
<Donnie>: Uuuugh...
Gwydion looks down for a second and then back to clara "I meant what I said about helping you out, your new and well if you ever want any help with any s-men stuff. Or just to be introduced, or if you have any questions about anything. Id love to help you out"
<Wrong_Way>: "I wish Donnie and I weren't in my sister's room."
<Donnie>: "...what?"
Wrong_Way teleports with donnie to his sister's room, empty thankfully
<Wrong_Way>: "Huh...I guess they left town without me..."
<Donnie>: You can't just DO STUFF LIKE THAT!
<Clara>: "Thanks, I appreciate it, magic man." she says with a bit of an optimistic tone "Now I gotta go, seeya at school" she hops off back to Hab who has only just now gotten out of the checkout line of eternity
<Wrong_Way>: "I won't next time..."
<Wrong_Way>: "But I think they went to visit my grandfolks..."
<Clara>: [that's my end scene, I guess we'll have to finish up with hab tomorrow if he's even on]
Gwydion smiles at clara "Seeya Clara"
