I'm a big fan of the show and i follow you from Italy.

I especially enjoyed the mini-series about the home server (RAID, File Server, Backups and so on) and i'd like to suggest a topic for the next episodes:

What is the best way to archive our multimedia files? (videos, images, music) i'm not talking about how to implement a file server which you already covered in previous episodes, but how to organize them, which formats should we choose for archiving (maybe RAW for camera picture?, maybe flac for audio?, ecc...) and above all how to add metadata to manage them faster and easier and which opensource tool can we use to do the job.
