  1. LabMaus Discord Bot Terms of Service

  3. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LabMaus ("Bot") created by Timothy Keding ("Developer"). By adding and using the Bot on your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Bot.

  5. 1. Bot Functionality

  7. The LabMaus Bot is designed to provide specific functionalities, such as providing relevant Pokemon VGC teams, and Pokemon VGC tournament analysis. The Bot is intended for entertainment or utility purposes only. Timothy Keding reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Bot's features at any time without prior notice.

  11. The LabMaus Bot does not collect any personal or sensitive data from its users, including but not limited to usernames, email addresses, IP addresses, or any private messages. We respect your privacy and ensure that no data is stored or processed by the Bot.

  15. While the LabMaus Bot does not collect user data, it may process and interact with messages and content posted within your Discord server. Timothy Keding is not responsible for the content generated by the Bot or the actions taken based on the Bot's functionalities.

  17. 4. Compliance with Discord's Terms of Service

  19. By using the LabMaus Bot, you agree to comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, in addition to these Terms.

  23. The LabMaus Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Timothy Keding shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  27. Timothy Keding reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the LabMaus Bot at any time, with or without cause. We may also discontinue the Bot's service entirely.

  31. Timothy Keding reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on https://twitter.com/TheLabMaus, and your continued use of the LabMaus Bot after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
