Old notes
- Raichu generally beats Blissey, Regice, Snorlax, etc. faster and more reliably than Raikou
- HP Ghost gives Raichu perfect coverage and the team's only out to Shedinja
- Raichu has no additional EVs because:
	> It would need 8 EVs in either Defense or Sp. Def to increase its actual stat by 1, and only 4 EVs are available
	> 4 HP EVs would make its HP divisible by 4, rendering SubReversal strats useless
